The staff was very friendly, which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. When I enter my room It felt OK but after a while, I started feeling warm. I called down and asked if I could get some help with the thermostat. They told me it been fixed, and that the larger generator was being used. After an hour, I didn’t notice any difference so I asked to be switched to a different room. After being in this room For a couple of hours, I noticed the same problem. They told me they would have someone come look at it. Nothing changed. I decided to let it go and deal with it after a sleepless night. I was a bit frustrated. The next day, I decided to get some work done on my computer, but to no avail. The Wi-Fi was constantly on and off throughout the day, which was quite frustrating. I called and asked for help and they said that I should just keep trying and it should get better, but it never did. I finally realize that it wasn’t worth the money for me to stay here through the weekend, so I called down and told them that we would be leaving and I was assured that I would only be charged for one night stay. Hotel.com eventually reached out to me and said that they were not able to get approval for a refund due to the lack of communication with the hotel. I would like to say I’m surprised, but I’m actually not. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here next time I’m in town. Very Disappointed
