Beautiful property not very well managed...!!!
I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel.
We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm.
The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant tone that this is chargeable so we have to pay more.
The room was nice, large and very well cleaned.
The marble from the shower was little bit destroyed and the tap were not working good.
The food and the restaurant was good, with a big appreciate to Chef Taj.
The pool was not so clean with some birds inside, this was very unhygienic.
The elevators are like a sauna, but this is nice because you don't have to pay for a Sauna. I talked about this problems with the duty manager Vipen and Rohini and they promised me that all this problems will be solved.
