The good:
This is a very quaint little villa. The owner lives there, but there's no reception desk. The pool is nice and the rooms very spacious, and comfortable, and have AC. The owner is very sweet. It's located reasonably close to Fira. All in all a reasonable choice for the price, we were happy with our choice.
The bad:
However, there's no "do not disturb" signs, and every day they turn off your AC and open all the windows... in a place where it's 90 degrees, so you come back to a hot room that takes half an hour to cool down. Also, if I left a towel on the floor to indicate I'd like another, it'd get taken away but not replaced, slowly reducing the number of towels. So the last day I was looking for a towel, but the owner happened to not be around, and the lack of a reception desk became a problem. It's not very walkable - there's both a restaurant and convenience store in walking distance, but the road has no sidewalk or shoulders and so walking there is quite tricky. We used the car service that partners with Uber to go everywhere (35 euro per trip, flat rate).
Overall, I'd recommend this place as reasonable value for the price.
