I had quite a shock when I arrived in an overcrowded lobby at 2.30 p.m.. I though that some bus or airport shuttle would come to take all these check-outers. But after 20 mn waiting in front of the desk, I understood that they had all tried to check-in but were in stand-by because no rooms were ready and nobody even knew when they will be. The problem seems to be the indulgence of the desk with the outers delaying their packing until afternoon. It was really messy even if the staff really tried his best.
I have been told that the 10th, the highest floor, would be the less noisy although my room being on the front, i.e. on one coastal express way, and that no one ever complained about the noise, but that is absolutely impossible unless your deaf and don’t feel vibrations.
Anyway, I was happy to change a Deluxe on the express way (front) in a Standard on the Forest with birds (rear) even with a few square meters less. I could at least sleep. This being said, the location in front of the causeway to Sentosa, opposite the biggest mall of the island (Vivo City) is convenient and I enjoyed the pool.
