A very big problem occurred.
I filtered for accommodations with kitchens and selected this room, but it didn't actually have a kitchen.
When I checked with the staff, they said that the English version of Expedia doesn't state that. That can't be true, and when we checked together, it was clearly stated that there was a kitchen.
The staff called the boss and had him report the whole story. The boss's response was terrible, and in the first place there are no kitchens in the hotel category. Is there such a hotel? I was insulted.
Of course there are such facilities, and I told them that it was a mistake on the hotel's side because I had filtered for kitchens.
They replied that it was Expedia's mistake and not the hotel's problem.
It's wrong to pass that on to the customer. When I protested that I had already purchased the ingredients, I was told to go to a seaside restaurant and have them cook for me.
This was the first time I had heard of a hotel that responded like this. I gave the ingredients to the staff as a gift.
It was a very unpleasant and painful experience.
Finally, the shower drains poorly and wastewater accumulates, but this is a minor issue compared to the previous one.
