Beware!!!!! If you're about to book here thinking its in West Bend, IT ISN'T. They mislead you with a West Bend address and a WAUKESHA ZIP CODE. I finally got my money back after 10? representatives told me they couldn't refund my money. Even though they finally found me to right and return my money (in the form of Cash Key credit), this issue hasn't been corrected (as of 8/11/2026). *it will pin the location on the map just south of West Bend, but if you enter the address in Google Maps, you'll see its 35? miles south of there, in Waukesha. It took us over an hour in rush hour traffic to reach a hotel in West Bend after this all shook out. We were among 2 other parties who arrived at the same time and they too booked there thinking it was in West Bend. I have to wonder, how many others? The desk clerk stated this has been a reoccurring issue. I don't who messed it up or if it was intentional, but Expedia thus far has not intervened.
