I love this hotel! The people are very hospitable and I even received 2 heat packs from them because they saw I was freezing just as I arrived :)) There was also coffee beans freshly ground by machine and variety of breads provided at cafe in the morning. I was so grateful I left a tip! Thank you so much! The coffee is also delicious

The staff were really really kind and helpful! They really took care of us and made us feel welcome, the location was very convenient and located near a delicious bakery and convenient store. The cleaners were always very on time, and as soon as we left (even for a short time) they managed to come in super quick to make our room as much as they could with clean towels and folded our bed even though our room was always messy with all of our things. the only thing i didn't like was the elevator always made a ding everytime it came to our floor - im more sensitive to sound so if someone else's door closed, it would be loud for me.

Excellently located - very close to subway, making for very easy travel. Very walkable (under 15 minutes) to Namdaemun market, Myeondong, Shinsaegae Duty Free, Seoul Station, Lotte Young Plaza; as well as other less-thought of places like a 24-hour self-coin laundry, lots of coffee shops barely 5 minute walk away, and the TMoney HQ building. Hotel itself was clean and had all necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable. Also a 24-hour sit-in dining area where you could go to relax a bit. Would book again!

Hotel was pretty decent. The cleanliness was better than what people had described. It's not a 5 star Hotel but cleaner than pther places. Close to the subway station and bus stop. Bigger than I anticipated so a plus there. There is an uphill getting there so it was a struggle with our luggage but without the luggage, it was fine.

The hotel was great! My only complaint was the beds were to firm for me comfort wise. Otherwise the shower was good-great water pressure. The complentary breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean, hallways clean and quiet. Hotel wifi could have been a bit better but I got service either by the concierge desk or their cafetera. Everyone was great, cheerful and helpful!

Got there hours before check-in and luggage was able to be stored and they have a bathroom in the lobby. Hotel owner was very sweet and helped us make our late night ramen and gave us some tips to cut our Dalgona cookies (really kind!). The space was everything we needed and we had a view of N tower from our room. Power and A/C are operated by room key so dont operate when you’ve left for the day. Overall, we would stay again and were sad to leave.

Was a little worried about the slope situation many have mentioned in their reviews when I was considering this hotel, but in reality, it is really not that bad (may still be a challenge for elderly and someone with mobility issues). Great location. Easy walk to Namdaemun Market and lots of eateries. Close to Namsan Park/Tower (we didn't have time to visit ourselves). Close to buses and subways. Room could have used a little more dusting. Overall room was sufficient. It seems pretty common among the bathrooms in accommodations to not have curtain/door to separate shower area, this the whole bathroom would get wet. This is not an issue at Lumia as the shower has a door and is decent size, one of the reasons we have picked Lumia over a few other options we had in mind. Would have been nice that instructions for the washer/dryer are posted by the machines as we had a hard time figuring out the buttons and dials, all labelled in Korean. But, staff was helpful when we asked for assistance.

1.We have two rooms, both bathrooms have the same type of sliding bathroom door that kept slides open by itself. Staff said just stuck a towel to prevent it from opening. Bathroom door is not lockable. 2. Light in the bathroom is on timer. It auto shut off the lights and ventilation after like 30mins. It was a rude shock to get a blackout bathroom halfway through your bath. 3. Room door is open outwards type and cannot be secure from inside. (No additional latch). On the first day morning housekeeping staff just opened my door while I am still in the bathroom. And again someone tapped their key trying to open my room the next early morning. Felt so insecure as you can’t secure your room door properly when you’re in the room. 4. No staff around in the hotel. Everything is through machine for check in and check out. (Although you only see one of the staff once during check in). Calls went unanswered. We have to go to the reception area to get help for a clog toilet bowl. 5. About 30mins before check out time, got a reminder call to check out, followed by a staff/bouncer standing outside your room door to escort and made sure you leave the premises in time and hand over your rooms in time!

Pros: Está muy bien que tengan un espacio de cafetería donde puedes estar y prepararte un café y comerte algún snack ligero. La ubicación es buena, cerca de zona comercial y de restaurantes, a poca distancia andando de la estación de Seúl. Las habitaciones son correctas. Contras: Es un poco ruidoso. No sé exactamente qué era, pero había una especie de máquina/robot en el pasillo que se oía mucho todo el rato. Repetía una secuencia todo el tiempo. Si no duermes con tapones... Imposible, porque se oía mucho. La luz del baño se apaga sola después de un tiempo. Es incómodo y un poco raro, porque va con interruptor. Así que debería apagarse simplemente cuando la apagas tú. El personal intenta ayudar en lo que puede, pero la mayoría no hablan mucho inglés y a veces cuesta que vayan a recepción, y tienes que esperar rato, porque no hay nadie.
