There is a bad vibe from some of this hotel's procedures.
Just because it's business, does not mean you can talk to a person any which way.
Does your front desk think?
"We don't move, you move. When we tell you to do something, you do it. You pay that extra fee. But if you make a reasonable request, we don't honor that
because we're higher than you."
Just because it's part of your job doesn't mean you can be condescending. Guests typically don't sign up for intrusive treatment, having their ID Driver's License taken a picture of using a front desk staff's smart phone. After you did that, a lady in your front desk said it will be deleted after we leave.
We followed your rules and paid the entire bill, then after asking the front desk staff to delete our ID photos another lady said "It's for documentation". That reply reveals how low you think of your guests. 1 star rating for that.
Is your owner paranoid about guests doing something? Then you also make guests paranoid having their IDs stored in your system, for what? You're going to investigate them? You don't have many of your guests' approval to take or keep pictures of their IDs!
For 2 days we paid for 3 persons' breakfasts. So we should get 3 x 2 = 6 vouchers. Your front desk staff gave FOUR meal vouchers.
After your mistake, a front desk employee said to go and get the old voucher, give it back.. rude.
Felt worse after a 3 day visit at your hotel, won't recommend.
Hope you get the same treatment one day.
