Room was quiet, clean, with good WiFi. However not that comfortable - awkward layout so you have to step over things, no blackout blinds so you’ll be woken up at sunrise. They only gave us ONE extremely thin unsupportive pillow each. We had to call 3 times on day 2 to get more. There is basically no service to speak of, it’s all contactless but one of the check in terminals didn’t work properly and instructions weren’t clear. Their web assist / app wasn’t helpful as missing crucial info about check out. I asked for restaurant recommendations and they replied giving me ONE restaurant - in a city of thousands of restaurants I was shocked that that’s all they could come up with!?
Neighbourhood itself is ok but very far from the old town.
These kinds of places with everything automated need to execute much better otherwise they just feel like poor value.
