I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either.
