We stayed in one of the villas and loved its private walled garden and pool. Room service is excellent for breakfast. Gym and spa are amazing. Pools are heated and extremely clean. Be surprised by the large gardens. We recommend the north tour and desert safari plus wonderful museums

Had an amazing time! Staff were amazing! Special shout out to Emon who really made our anniversary special and put in so much effort! Really appreciate it! Also amazing service by Terry in Parisa restaurant. This is the best food in the hotel for dinner options. One thing that can be improved are the signs in the hotel. Maybe just ask people around where things are rather than follow the signs. But otherwise loved the outdoor pool! Thank you for making our trip special!

Amazing resort, amazing staff! Felt really welcomed by all the foreign workers! Didn't feel any love from the Qatari locals however. But the resort and staff go above and beyond in making sure you're happy! The restaurant staff, pool boys, life guards, cleaners, are good people! Everyone who wasn't a Qatari was amazing! Just seems like the Qataris only like to look at their own people! You don't even get a smile from their people! Very strange! Probably won't return on the basis of that but overall a beautiful resort and country!

My recent stay at Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Doha, was an brilliant experience, characterized by outstanding facilities and top-notch service. The room and facilities were truly wonderful. The outdoor pool area, garden, and indoor pool were astonishing, providing a serene and luxurious environment that exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping staff were particularly noteworthy, with Emon and his team delivering impeccable service and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast at the resort was an experience in itself. The French gentleman at the coffee area and the egg station manager both provided excellent service, contributing to a delightful start to each day. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names, but their professionalism and friendliness were deeply appreciated. Additionally, the security guards were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome as you walked through the entrances. Their warm greetings and genuine smiles set a positive tone every time we entered the resort. Furthermore, it would have enhanced the experience to be escorted to our rooms and given a quick tour of the resort upon arrival. Overall, despite a few minor issues, my stay at Al Messila was great.

The facilities were exceptional. The pools, gardens, and spa areas were designed with meticulous attention to detail, creating a serene and relaxing environment. While I was a bit disappointed that the indoor pool had a policy against babies, the overall experience was still nothing short of amazing. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. We felt welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay, which is often hard to find in luxury resorts. They went above and beyond to ensure that our first holiday as a family, especially in celebration of my husband’s birthday, was memorable. Every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations, making it a perfect getaway. Al Messila is more than just a hotel; it's a luxurious escape that caters to every need. We can’t wait to return!

This resort is stunning and it is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Bonita at reception provided a good service. The restaurants in this resort provide outstanding service with politeness and a smile. At the deli restaurant, Suvro, Neeraj, Presila, Ishak and Sasam are fantastic at that they do. At Parisa, Saloni, Terry and the rest of the team there are so friendly and cheerful. Food was also delicious there. The ladies only spa is amazing and clean with great facilities. A Nepali lady showed me around and a Turkish lady gave me a great massage but unfortunately I didn't get their names. The outside swimming pool is clean and warm. The staff at this resort make an effort to build a relationship with their guests and are willing to go the extra mile. All staff are bilingual and work hard in what they do. Mehtab, Waqas, Roshan and Isaac in the Valet team are brilliant with their service. There was a small misunderstanding regarding "extra charges" but this was soon rectified however one of the staff there was a bit rude towards my husband but then did apologise. Overall, a beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely come again and I hope I do very soon ❤️

We usually forget to leave reviews, but our experience at the Al Messila resort was nothing short of perfect. My husband and I spent a week there, and it’s one of the best resorts we’ve ever experienced. From the front desk, dining, room service, spa, and pool service, everything was top class. One thing that really stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to provide assistance whenever needed. We would be remiss not to mention a few brilliant people who really made our experience extra special. Rhannel, the guest relations supervisor, welcomed us warmly when we first arrived at the resort and provided clear details of all the amenities and services of the resort, and even took the time to give us recommendations of where to visit in Doha. We are very thankful for the kindness and attention she showed us from the very beginning to the last few minutes of our stay. Antika, Mamun, Suman, Abdul, and Pranto from the housekeeping and room service teams were always friendly, helpful, and diligent in their work. A special thanks to Antika and Suman for their careful attention to our room, keeping it clean and crisp. Every night, slipping into the crisp, fresh sheets was just delightful. Thank you to them for their sweet little gift. To Mamun and Abdul, who surprised us with a beautiful floral decoration on our last night, we are deeply grateful.

I booked a solo trip to Qatar in November and I came across this lovely hotel. I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been too, the staff here deliver exceptional customer service. My flight arrived at 06:00am and I got to the hotel at 08:00am. The room I booked was a deluxe king size bed with balcony, my room wasn’t going to be ready till 15:00pm. However, they go above and beyond here at this hotel. They are fully committed to delivering the best customer service and they certainly did that. They upgraded me to a villa for three days no extra charge and when I tell you this villa was so beautiful and amazing Mashallah. I honestly did not feel like even leaving my villa or even the hotel for that matter. This is my first time in Qatar and it has been such a wonderful experience and they’ve made it that much more. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel, it’s 10/10!! All the staff are amazing and friendly and always have a smile on their face. Nothing is too much for them, the hospitality from them is so nice. A few staff members I would like to mention who’ve made my stay lovely is , Mr Baseem, Mehtab, Fatima. And it forgetting my lovely housekeepers Karina and Basu. What a lovely trip this has been to Qatar for the first time.
