This was a lovely, functional hotel which offered a superb breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. We arrived. Wry late but were given details on how to retrieve the key.

Nice, spacy, convenient - right in the center close to trains, restaurants and shops. I flew from USA and came to the hotel at about 1 PM and the lady at the registration desk would not let me into the room until 3 PM - I highly doubt that there were no ready rooms earlier rooms and cleaning was finished in all of them at 3 PM. In the next hotel on Copenhagen we arrived at noon and were given the room keys right away. We also did not like the shower - too messy. Other than that it was great, including modest but pretty decent breakfast.

self-check-in system in a little bit confusing, but acceptable. security of each floor is good since we need room card to open another door to get into the aisle from elevetor floor. Iron and Iron board is stored in each room, but not steam iron, though. electric fan is convenient to use it.

My room (128) has silverfish on the bathroom floor. There also was a noise issue that woke me from 1am-3am all three nights. loud banging, and the sound of heavy wheeled items being pushed around. I brought this to the attention of the cleaning person who visited my room after the first night. I was unable to find anyone at the desk to report this to until check out. That person showed no interest in providing a solution. She told me that my room sat over a Burger King restaurant and when I suggested it might have been a night time cleaning crew she brushed it off. She also was not helpful in providing me a copy of my receipt for my expense reimbursement, so now I will need to chase this with the hotel over the phone. Worse business trip hotel stay.

Ett bra hotel centralt beläget
Ett bra hotel centralt beläget. Mycket mer centralt kan man inte komma. Rent och snyggt, väldigt trevlig personal. Rummet, ett ”superior room”, var trevligt och rymligt med utsikt över Knut den stores gata och stationen. Sängarna var riktigt bra. Badrummet var fint men eftersom man måste kliva i ett ganska högt badkar för att kunna duscha så är det kanske inte lämpligt för rörelsehindrade eller äldre. En fothandduk hade varit bra. Städningen är nog bra även om vi hittade ett begagnat plåster i mattan. Frukosten är bra om än av det enklare slaget. Inte så mycket att välja på m a o, men tillräckligt. Vi kan nog tänka oss att komma tillbaka.
