My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. From the moment we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m., the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. At breakfast in the morning, the entire staff was very friendly, including the kitchen staff who prepared a delicious omelet. The room was clean and spacious.

Weren’t we finally checked no one knew what we were talking about even though there was a sign. Very unprofessional staff. They had no idea what rooms were available. The room that we checked into, the refrigerator was not working and the air wasn't either. So we ended up having to change room after coming back later in the evening from visiting family. After that our stay was up to the good quality we're used to getting staying at an Embassy suites. The breakfast was really good every day!!

Not what I expected from Embassy

Checked in right as the kitchen was closing and asked if we could order something. They said yes and then we proceeded to wait 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Room wasn't cleaned on day two and asked for another towel, it never arrived. Shower basin floor was dirty.
