Ms. Dee does Customer Service Well
The front desk check in guy was not kind or friendly, I believe he gave me the worst room on the 4th floor right next to the maint shop. The next morning maint tech. had his work cart almost blocking our room door. Maint Tech was watching videos and very loud around 8:30 am - looked up never said hello or good morning. On the other hand Ms. Dee was kind, positive and greeted me every morning of our stay. Ms. Dee also enteracted with several guest at breakfast and asked each day if I needed something, was everything ok, etc. Great customer service from Ms. Dee! Lastly the mattress in room 428 was lumpy and sagged in the middle, very worn out. This mattress needs to be trashed!

Our stay
The stay was ok . The tv remote didn’t work and we had to go get batteries for it . Then the volume button didn’t work . The bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The room was clean and staff was very nice .

Dog Hotel
The first room they put us in smelled like dog pee and we could hear dogs barking nearby. They put us on another floor and when I pulled back the comforter, there was a log black hair on the sheet. We were very uncomfortable and did not sleep well. I wanted to leave, but they refused to give a refund.

Spacious, friendly staff, but a bit dated.
Staff was very friendly, and when we needed And an extra extra pillow or two, they were quick to respond. I would classify this hotel as adequate. The issue is that the furniture and the fixtures are now pretty dated. Gym needs his spruce up too, Missing attachments on equipment and some equipment out of order. There is a free breakfast, but very limited options.

This was my second stay at this property, the first time was good. This time there were no hangers, stains on the sheets and saggy pillows. Also the carpet had cut out pieces? I asked for my room to be cleaned by one of the housekeepers on the floor and it wasn't done, I had to get clean towesl from the front desk.

This place is very unclean first off. The shower was less than warm. If you are traveling and looking for a place to relax after work, move on, this is not the place.

Conditions were poor
Room 321 had mold on the entire ceiling in the bathroom. The water that came out of the sink smelled awful and tasted equally as awful. The A/C unit wasn’t keeping the room cool, and the filters had clearly not been cleaned in a while. It was only after I cleaned the filters that it somewhat kept the room cool. With the amount I paid for the room, I feel like the condition of the room should not have been so poor.
