I booked this hotel for some foreign clients. The hotel called me one hour before our check-in telling us that they could not host us due to technical problems. They offered at another hotel far away from there. NO credits at all. We had to booked in a different hote.

The only hotel I will stay at when visiting SLP.
This hotel never disappoints. Excellent customer service from the moment you arrive starting with the porter who greets you and offers to take your bags. The front desk always makes it easy to check in and make you feel like the only guest there. This time around I forgot my toothpaste and they provided a kit. Rooms are always clean with fresh sheets and a lovely scent.
