Modern renovated hotel, very clean. It is not in the center of everything but close by. You can get to the old city and Promenade within 20 minutes. The staff is very nice. They did put us in a different room type than I reserved and could not be changed since it was sold out. The staff was very kind and the room type they assigned us was not too bad. One note: the bathroom and shower does smell like a sewer. Overall a good experience.

The property needs a bit of updating, The pool is good, and the location is fine. In the room, the bathroom and toilet doors creaked loudly and called out for WD40 on the hinges. The main doors to the roome need updating so that they cannot be let to slam noisily by inconsiderate guests. The food was quite OK.

The first night, we did not get the room we ordered. They gave us a room with three beds instead of a room with a queen-sized bed and a baby bed.However, they fixed it the next day after I complained.Otherwise, the internet is really slow, not up to 2024 standards.The service and staff are good. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are spacious, and staff were very helpful. The gym was small and one of the three machines was out of service, which sucked but isn't uncommon in hotel gyms. The roof bar and pool were a huge highlight. Very close to the tram, which is easy to get around all of Nice.

A fab stay here, lovely staff, very clean and pool area is nice although you do need to queue up in the morning to get a lounger as it gets busy! great location with a tram stop just outside, a good fifteen/twenty minute walk to the old town and beach but lots of restaurants and supermarkets a much closer distance. A great hotel with great restaurant on site too. The most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Can be noisy with sirens and city traffic but didn't bother us. Would stay again.

Really great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Location is really nice as tram stop is only across the street. Train station and bus stops are also within walking distace so it was convenient to do day trips to Cannes, Monte Carlo and Eze. They also provide a great selection for breakfast. We dined in their rooftop restaurant twice during our 5-night stay and food was decent. Overall, just a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal since it is right next to the Acropolis. I was attending a conference for a week, so walking a couple of blocks was ideal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This made travelling with a 1 year-old much easier! We really appreciate the entire staff for making our week spent in Nice a wonderful experience.
