Staff aren’t friendly. Bathroom & vanity area floors were dirty, unswept or mopped. Problem with drains not draining. Tub filled with water while taking a shower & toilet didn’t flush properly. The King bed was clean, nice sheets & pillows, very comfortable. One night stay and sleep was needed so I got what I paid for.

The staff was friendly and super nice. The motel does need some updates though. The beds were advertised as two king sized beds and they were fulls at best and hard as a rock. We did find baby roaches in the bathroom and it could have been cleaner but it was alright. Not the end of the world for as cheap as it was to stay there. The only thing I was super salty about was that the pool didn’t open until the day we left.

Had to change rooms cause bathroom was inoperable, pool was closed first day due to rain, but the room was clean and they solved our problems with no issue so still worth the stay.

No-frills budget friendly hotel. Staff was nice. Room was clean but not perfect. Location and price was right for my needs which were more inland with a quick excursion to the beach. Virginia beach is huge, so do your research. If you are not overly into the beach and need an affordable option centrally located this is a viable and acceptable option.

We just went down for a concert and needed a bed to sleep in for the night. The bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean. The bathroom on the other hand was not clean. There was also a vehicle parked in front of our room that look like someone homeless was living in it And don't get too excited about the free breakfast because there really was nothing there but cereal.

Not a bad hotel. Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. Very close to restaurants. Quiet, although in a busy area. The breakfast was not impressive and can certainly be improved. Also, the room has some structural issues that should be looked at. Parts of the floor seemed like they may give way soon. Overall, a decent visit.

The hotel staff were very friendly and put our worries to rest. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was more than adequate and kept me cool, even though I tend to get hot easily. The only thing that was disappointing was the mildew on the shower curtain. Also, although the hotel may not have been responsible, the screams and loud banging of the guests in the nearby rooms echoed through the night, and I was worried that it might affect the other rooms.

Decent for the price, don’t expect too much

It was okay. Good for something cheap, but nothing spectacular. Found some cockroaches in the room and mold along the caulking in the bathrooms and in some of the drawers. There was also sand in the sheets from the previous occupant(s) and some suspicious stains. Breakfast was also a little lackluster. Front staff was pleasant and trying their best. The pool was nice though, very clean.

Decent but disappointing

The bed was comfortable for sure and the room was clean, but the property was old and not like the pictures online The worst part was the breakfast, toast and cereal only at 8am. There was no food choices or availability. It was poorly stocked and we had to go to McDonald’s for breakfast and fortunately it was next door and walking distance

Upon arrival, the property was noticeably under construction. Front lobby was dusty, dirty, run-down looking and no one was immediately available at the front desk for check-in - so it gave an eerie, vacant hotel feel. My family of 5 tried to understand and proceeded to our booked rooms only to be further dissatisfied by the outdated look and smell of the rooms, peeling paint in areas, uncleanliness of the refrigerator, poor television reception and the horrible window view of a dirty, closed outdoor pool - not to mention having to kill a very live bug in the wee hours of the morning that darted out from the air conditioning unit of the room! We survived the night only to realize the very distasteful breakfast spread that awaited us in the lobby dining area. When there is work being done in a hotel, I feel like it should be published in some way to prepare prospective guests and more work and attention should be put in to make sure those who decide to stay experience sanitary, safe, and pleasant conditions despite the construction. This visiting family was very disappointed to say the least.
