We have been staying at this hotel for 3 years when we visit Rosenberg. However, the room smelled muggy, hot and a hint of mildew. We took my in-laws with us and the same with their room. We met a family in the elevator and they asked if we had similar issues with our room. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we stay here.

Handicap accessible room - beds low to the floor
We ended up in a handicap accessible room and noted that the beds were very low to the floor. This was somewhat awkward for my son who is quite tall and would be difficult for someone with knee issues or difficulty getting up from a low chair. The room seemed like it would be perfect for someone in a wheelchair.

Close to event I was going to. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bed was comfortable and room size good. Only negative was issue with bathroom sink faucet.
