Okay but not great
It was a great location and even though next to the freeway, you could not hear it. The breakfast food was the same all 3 mornings. Good thing the waffles were delicious. Some fresh fruit would have been a great addition. The comforter didn't look like it had been washed and had some wear holes in it. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Randomly the lights would flicker. There was no storm or other reason that we could see that it was happening. When we return to the area, we will look at staying at a different place.

I’m 77 years old and my niece canceled the plans of driving me to Arizona the morning of my trip. The hotel didn’t care and charge me anyway. Things happen in life but when a hotel has no understanding, I don’t need to stay there ever.

Overall the stay was up to par and lived up to it's high ratings. My room I had was beautiful and clean, and there was enough towels and pillows. I would definitely continue to choose this hotel over Extended Stay & Motel 6 anyday.
