Modern, Clean, Neat and reasonable
Super clean, friendly staff. Very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. This hotel was recently redone. It is not particularly fancy however everything was very new including the king size bed, the sofa, the heating and AC system, the carpet and the furniture. There was a nice living room area with a sofa and cocktail table. A light burnt out and the clock radio would not keep time. I told staff in the morning and the bulb and the clock radio were replaced by lunchtime. Great service. I would stay here again without hesitation.

A couple years ago we used to stay here every couple months. Close, comfortable, clean and convenient place on our way back and forth from SC to VA. So it’s been awhile, we were greeted rudely. Basically told I was a liar (I have a service animal that has been with me to this hotel at least a dozen times.) I wasn’t sure about the room number, so I asked. Again the clerk was rude and condescending. I understand people have a bad day, if you can’t do your job because of it— call in sick. All the other staff there have been friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is minimal and all carbs.Used to be better. Bedding is comfortable. Parking lot is well lit. Convenient to Burlington, Graham, Elon …just off I40

Staff were great- my room was clean & nice. Breakfast options limited - would like to have hot water for tea & packages of oatmeal - the hot water canister had lukewarm water 2 mornings of my stay. Fruit- even whole fruit would be nice. Great rate for my room though so I made hot water in my room with the coffee maker. Enjoyed my stay.

We canceled upon arrival, was not disclosed that you have to pay a $100 deposit even if paying with a credit card. I was on a budget traveling for my daughter’s medical appointment. I couldn’t afford to pay the room plus a deposit for it not to be returned immediately upon check out.
