I'm very unhappy with my stay. They were extremely unaccommodating and treated me rudely because I had booked through hotels.com. When she checked about changing our room to better accommodate us, she said "Oh, you booked through hotels.com, so you paid them, not us. There's nothing I can do." So, we stayed in one very uncomfortable bed. Our shower also felt like it had sand in the bottom of it. I'm not sure what it was exactly, but I tried to wash it down the drain before getting back in. After that, they also advised me the following morning that my room "didn't include breakfast" and tried to charge myself and my family to eat, saying it started at $15pp. We went next door to Chick-fil-A and then we left, after the front desk employee finally got off of her phone to check us out. I will NEVER stay at this place again after being treated as if I were a lower class citizen when I paid almost $300 for one night in a very average room.
