Great hotel, at least in the main building. Clean and very comfy. Very friendly staff. My one request was responded to within 5 minutes. We were right beside the pool and it wasn’t really loud which surprised me. Definitely will stay here again.

You get what you pay for.
The bathroom was dirty. The shower head had a lot of build up. Toilet had some stains. Carpet didn’t look like it was steam cleaned in years as well as the couches.

In the process of upgrading their security, different key cards for different parts of the building always confusing labyrinth of amazed to go back-and-forth from the tower to the main building no tub in the kitchenette that I booked so they upgraded us to a tower room which at the end I really didn’t feel was an upgrade at all otherwise an acceptable stay

Disappointing. Its not what i expected. I dislike the snooty receptionists, and the corners are grossly dirty. I lost my phone by the headside of the bed, pulled out the mattress and found a thick layer of dust and dust bunnies.😲. The pull-out couch cover and the underside of the couch cover are all soiled, as if something has spilled I had high expectations for this place...but it didn't live up to them😟 Unsatisfied with the cleanliness
