Over rated hotel, servis was disasters The gave us a room at the basement under the spa , no cleaning services, very noisy, no door to the toilets, one of the worse experiences we had with hotels, the swimming pool is full of mosquitoes and bugs , dont go there , much better options all around

Unfortunately, the bathroom wasnt not very clean. There was a blob of cut hair under the bathroom sink, rusty bobbypins on the shower floor and throughout the room...the tub had mems hair in it arouns the drain, only 1 mig in room and it was dirty i had to call room service for 2 clean cups and we were told the safe did not work. The area was very pretty and well kept but i was disappointed with the cleaning service prior to arriving.

The spa was amazing, the restaurant was amazing, the property was great. The only downside was that I could hear everything my neighbors said or did in my room (a coach room, I think they called it). I had neighbors who played music, talked loudly, had the tv on, and other things until 12 am one evening. That was the only negative about this stay, otherwise it was wonderful.

Property was well maintained. Staff was friendly. We were not crazy about our room in the basement of the Lancaster house. It was clean but dark and cold. Definitely loved our room on last visit that was ground level.

6/10 Good

Good, but was better in the past
Super cozy inn, and my second time staying here, but this time I noticed a big difference in the cleanliness. My initial room wasn't vacuumed and when I mentioned it to the front desk I was upgraded to another room, which was great, but that room wasn't vacuumed either, nor were the common areas. The carpets were also super stained. Hopefully that changes since the inn itself is great and would recommend it otherwise.

10/10 Exceptional

Property is beautiful and well maintained. We booked last minute and regretfully ended up in the basement part of the hotel. Although great effort has been done to make the rooms comfortable, personally I did not care from the dungeon feel. Our room was very clean and we did sleep comfortably. The restaurant was very good, and even though we were unable to get a reservation on the dinning room, the service by the bar tables was excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained, loved the gardens. Breakfast is served on the cafe/bakery and was surprisingly plentiful and delicious. We look forward to visiting again, this time planning ahead.

Beautiful property. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious food. Tasty cocktails. Noisy street for the rooms in the front of the old house. Too much hall light coming through the transom into the room at night. Overall… wonderful stay!

Our Third Stay - It Keeps getting Better! We've previously visited in October 2022 and October 2023. This time we are here for the Summer Season. We book the Parlor Suites because there is a separate area for the "early riser" of our couple. I've noticed that whenever we return; our "Favorites" of the exceptional staff are still here. One sign of good Management is low employee turnover. This Inn treats the employees well, in turn the employees work well together and treat the guests and their co-workers as family. This commitment enhances the entire experience of staying at Leola Village. The Management and Staff at this property never disappoints us. The accommodations and quality of Food and Service are always top notch. The price point for what you receive is exceptional..... It's why we keep coming back! See our previous reviews. We are considering a Thanksgiving Stay here. To all our family here at Leola Village thank you for another wonderful visit!!! Maintenance and Housekeeping - You are always gracious and hardworking Food and Beverage - Kyle, Matt, Eric, Emily, Allesandro, (The food & drink taste better because of you) Front Desk - Christian, Abigail, Mike (You made our stay seamless from beginning to end) We will see you all again Soon.
