On the bright side, we appreciated that the staff allowed us to check into our room early, which was convenient after a long trip.
The elevator was broken for the entire duration of our stay, which made it especially inconvenient since we were staying on one of the upper floors. The hotel also advertised breakfast as included, but this turned out to be limited to packaged pastries—hardly what we expected.
To make matters worse, there’s a nightclub located in the hotel that played loud music all night. The noise was so loud that it made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
While the location and early check-in were helpful, the lack of basic amenities, subpar breakfast, and constant noise made this stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.
