hotel is under construction; cold water to warm up shower takes 1 hour, old dirty smelly furniture, corridor dirty and needs to wear the mask 95. The reason we stay because we had construction in our apartment.
The kitchen had one pot, no lid, no soap, no spoons. Lamps were falling off the wall, there was a hole in the ceiling, and lots of the surfaces were grimy. No hangers in the room, and the front desk promised to find me some, then never brought them. There was also a small hole in the ceiling.
When I initially booked online with Orbitz, it said that I can pay at the property once I arrive. They processed a pmt with my card at 2:59 pm. I did not authorize them to do so. I called and I was told they do that for security purposes because people do not show up sometimes. Honestly, thatâs not my fault.
I get to the property & no one is at the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes and no one still came. I called for someone, no one came. I even called the property to see if someone would come answer the phone. No one did. It took a total of about 20-30 min before someone came to the front. There was someone else in the lobby waiting with me. While being checked in I was given someone else paper to sign with their signatures on it already. The guest before me information was still on the welcome screen. Tbh, it look like the person work was sleeping.
This room is not worth $130. The mirror in the bathroom is cracked. The light switch panel is all cracked up. The bathtub is chipped with rust. The room is way smaller that what pictures showed. The toilet doesnât flush. I donât think I will stay at this property again until they do some major upgrades.
The room was dirty ! No shower curtain and trying to get my refund NOW! Is so difficult no one is answering I'm very disappointed! Went to see my family and had to spend extra money .
I rent for 4 days . 2nd day . They didnât clean the room , didnât put toilet paper no shampoo front desk very rude she told me if I donât like move out it was difficult get other place . I call Expedia and I get other place . Bad customer service .
Well, they put me in a room that had a door to the next unit to me. I was was next to stair well. Building is built very poorly. Im a union electrician for 33 yrs so I know construction well. The plywood floor had spots that was springy like it wasnt nailed down well and poorly insulated for sounds. I could here everyone walking in the hallway. Atleast 5 pepole tried to open my door.??i couldnt fall asleep from all the noises I could here. The floor was echoing. Most of all kitchen sink faucet loose.deal breaker no hot water to take my fn shower.
