My family booked from 28Jul-02Aug(5nights). After we get in to the apartment, first--the Wifi is not working, second--the AC is totally not cooling(like didn't clean AC for long time)(and we cannot open the window because many mosquito outside the garden), third--there are used bedsheet & used pillow inside the cabinet. Fourth--the chair cushion outside the garden is only broken sponge. We really can't sleep in the apartment when Milan temperature was like 32 at night(we moved out on the first night). I did informed the company and ask for half refund. The funny part was they replied me saying that they will not refund because I did not give them a chance to clean up and change whatever I need. As a hosteller, you should do all the cleanings and inspection before handing the apartment to your client!!!! Not doing that after your client complain!!! It is totally unacceptable!!!
