The rooms had many nightlights that had no way of shutting off. Guest need the option to shut all types of lights off.
Sleeping away from home is hard enough. To spend the whole night with no way to shut off lights, is not ok.
Loved everything about hotel only criticism would be breakfast average and make sure to get extra pillows at check in, clearly not enough. Only 3 for a king size bed and pull out had 2; worse front desk had no extra so 4 adults 5 little pillows.
This is our second stay (months apart) where someone has left their dogs barking in the room during the day. (First day it was two days in a row. Reported to staff with nothing done. Ended up moving hotels.
Room was nice, clean and large and the staff helped with the requests for the reservation. Good variety for breakfast as well. Was a bonus to have a mini kitchen in the room.
Booked from travelocity's websie like a month in advance but when trying to chek in, we were told since we booked from 3rd party, they do not have rooms for me and my family so we were turned out. how can travelocity add hotels and charge customers for room in advance and not be able to guarantee the booking went through and provide inconvenience. If there was issue, travelocity should have infirmed in advance itself and not suffer .
This was our first time traveling with our small dog and the hotel was amazing. Having gathering space at the property for hanging out with our family in town was perfect. Really love this hotel and will be back
