This hotel is excellent! Bright and modern, clean, fairly new, wide variety of options in the free breakfast and it was fresh and yummy. We also loved that breakfast is swerves until 10:00am.

Excellent location! Right next to Costco, just down the street from Walmart easy to run for needed things. Walking distance to several restaurants. Hotel seems new if not brand new, breakfast is nice and fairly extensive. We stayed here to visit Southfork Ranch and it’s perfect for northern Dallas area

Bathroom had public hairs and long curly black hairs on floor and tub. Bed had black hairs on it. - Breakfast made us all slightly queasy. Overall, the beds were comfortable and tv was big but the cleanliness wasn’t the best.

It was good, the front desk person (young lady) was very helpful, she provided great customer service. The room was clean and the General place was very clean It is in a great, safe area that’s walking distance to many nice restaurants. We will stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel and our key didn’t work to the room. Went downstairs again the lady rekeyed it and it still didn’t work. She had to come up and let us in and said she would get us another key but of course we never received it. The bed is hard and the room was missing towels. Tried to call front desk several times and no answer even called from my personal phone and still no answer.
