My family of 6 adults stayed here on 10/11. I have run into two customer service issues.
(1) Rooms - I originally booked 2 rooms. When we checked-in, we were only given one room. I told the lady that there should be 2 rooms but she said it was one two-bedroom suite. While booking the rooms and entering 6 adults, it gave me options for 2 rooms which is why I booked 2 rooms. There is a capacity for 4 adults per 2 bedroom suite. The front desk took copies of our 6 passports at check in. Issue is we were charged for both rooms and we were not comfortable in the suite with 6 adults. One was charged to the card that was provided on 10/11. The other room was charged to the credit card that was used to book the rooms. I have requested a refund for the room we did not get with no response.
(2) Transfer - I requested for a transfer on 9/20 after providing our reservation information for 6 passengers. It was confirmed from Sathiya on 9/24 that our transportation was set. I also inquired where would we meet with no response. When we arrived to the airport, there was no transportation so we had to get a taxi. I emailed concierge and they thought we were arriving in November. I don’t understand where the miscommunication was if the hotel requested our reservation confirmation and has the dates.
Other than the hotel, we enjoyed our short stay in Kuala Lumpur. Just beware of this hotel’s lack of customer service.
