Salle de petit déjeuner très froide en hiver

La salle du petit déjeuner est en réalité un toit terrasse couvert grâce à des bâches transparentes l'hiver. Il y a des braseros pour chauffer mais ceux ci n'ont pas de gaz ou sont mis en veilleuse.

Emplacement idéal, chambre confortable.

Petit hôtel bien placé, à deux pas du colisé et du forum romain, acceuil chaleureux, personnel qui parle français, chambre confortable assez grande , literie recente, le tout avec une vue très agréable .petit déjeuner moyen , je recommande tout de même cet hôtel .

Situé a 200 mts de Coliseum, l hotel est ideal comme point de depart, Le seul inconvenient est le bruit de la rue, just en face :( Sinon allez ci , le personel est tres sympa :)

idealement situé mais pas un 4 etoiles!

l'hotel est idealement situé, proche de tous les monument principaux de ROME (2 minutes du Collisee, Palatin, Trevi, vitor emmanuel 2...etc), il est aussi proche de la grande gare de TERMINI qui vous permez d'aller n'importe ou en metro, bus ou en train, le metro du Collisee est aussi a 2 minutes a pied. son prix est aussi tres attractif vu son emplacement... Pour notre tres court sejour (2 nuits), cet hotel a été tres pratique. Je recommande cet hotel UNIQUEMENT pour cet aspet; si maintenant on fait la fine bouche, l'hotel n'est pas vraiment un 4 etoiles, peut etre un bon 3 etoiles grace a son petit dejeuner tres agreable en terrasse. les chambres sont spacieuses et relativement propre, mais la salle de bain est vraiment dans un etat decevant (les joints noircis ou decollés, la douchette cassée, le seche cheveux en panne...). la TV ne propose que des chaines italienne!!!! serieusement!!?? Internet ne marche que tres rarement (trop de coupure...astuce: mangez au restaurant d'en bas et connectez-vous a leurs wifi et vous aurez acces a internet grace a cette connexion qui est beaucoup plus rapide et stable). le personnel (une personne a la reception et une personne au petit dejeuner) sont tres charmant et amicaux. Je ne peux vraiment pas recommander cet hotel, et surtout si vous voulez y sejourner pour un long moment...mais son prix attractif et sa situation geographique sont un atout indeniable...a vous de voir...

Sisäänkäynti oli muuttunut eri kadulle. Oli hankala löytää hotellia.. Vanhalla nimellä oli vielä ovi oikeassa osoitteessa, mutta sisällä oli tyhjää. Ovisummeri oli jätetty paikalleen, joten sitä painamalla sai yhteyden Hotel Romeen. Hotelli oli vaihtanut nimeä ja osoitetta ostotapahtuman jälkeen.

Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

On arrival, we were slightly early, and although we were told that the room was ready we could not go up until exactly 2pm, he would rather send us back out into the pouring rain. At 2pm the guy that checked us in did not give us a key to our room safe, nor the code fr the gate to the "around the corner entrance" to the building our room was in. On getting to the room, the wifi was non-existent and the air con did not work. Forget dialling 9 for reception, tried 6 times and no answer. After going to reception twice to sort the issues - because "the wifi works fine in reception". I don't think any of the staff have ever been into some of the rooms. After being told there was absolutely nothing they could do, and a to and fro, they eventually gave in and put us in another room. The aircon worked, the fridge didn't, the door was falling off its hinges to the outside, mould evident everywhere. At least the air con worked in that room. Wifi was hopeless at best, their best solution was "come and sit in reception and there's nothing more we can do". After putting our foot down they seemed to come to the party a bit better and became more helpful once I told them a few options they did have available. Or maybe they just got better when I stopped asking them to deliver what we paid for? We had given up hope of getting what we paid for. Excellent location. Breakfast was ok. Would definitely not return. Just save yourself the hassle! Or be prepared for an underwhelming experience!

Hotel in schlechtem Zustand

Wir in der ersten Nacht mussten zwei Personen ein neues Zimmer beziehen weil der Lattenrost durchgebrochen war. Dann hätten wir ein geflutetes Badezimmer. Die Zimmer waren in einem katastrophalen Zustand und immer eiskalt und laut.

Recommendable point is only location

I cannot recommend anything about this hotel except location. In our room, there was a temporary floor lamp instead of a removed ceiling light but it did not work. One of bed-side lamp was broken and bulb was dead. I asked reception to repair them or provide emergency measures but he had no idea. We spent two nights with unsatisfied lighting. No WiFi service. No receptacles for our electric plugs and devices. Room air conditioner does not work. No reception desk. (it is located in the next building. I do not know it is temporary or not.) Breakfast is served at the top of the building but the room has no wall. it might be too drafty in winter. This hotel is the worst in my life.

Great location, but not very comfortable

This hotel is in a fantastic location just minutes away from the Colosseum and Roman Forum, so that is tough to beat. Overall the room was clean, but the rug looked like it should have been replaced 10 years ago and the shower was barely big enough to stand in, let alone move around. They did have a hairdryer, the wifi worked pretty well, and we had an incredible view. The hotel staff were also nice and did give us a good room for our honeymoon, but overall it was just very uncomfortable as bed was a hard foam mattress and it was very loud all night due to street noise (I read other reviews about the noise and did not think anything of it, but it really is impossible to sleep without being woken up by a trash truck, ambulance, etc).

Better than I expected!

We had just arrived from Paris (where everyone was rude and non-helpful) and was very nervous about this hotel as from the outside it didnt look so nice. We went to check in and the front desk lady was beyond sweet and helpful. she walked us all the way to our room and helped carry our luggage. There were complimentary maps in the lobby which she circled main sights and the distance. Also recommended a few restaurants for us to try. The room was clean and not huge but spacious enough for what we needed. Most importantly the Air conditioning worked which was a blessing as it was in the 90's. the WIFI didnt work very well but down in the lobby it worked fine. If I were to return i'd definitely book richmond again. Thanks to a great staff

Awful hotel, definitely not 4 stars

The WiFi wasn't working except in the lobby, which the security guard didn't even tell me about when I checked in late at night. I'm so sick of hotels advertising free WiFi throughout and then it doesn't work or you have to be in the lobby for it. Other than that, the hotel was a 3-star at best. Way over priced for the quality, I don't care how close to the Colosseum it is. Also, they didn't tell me what time breakfast was, so when I got there at 10, the woman in charge of the restaurant gave me attitude cause apparently it's over at 10.

Udemærket hotel i hjertet af Rom. Man bor i gå/ cykel afstand til de fleste seværdigheder, og med restauranter lige uden for døren. Meget tilfredsstillende service i receptionen, med gode tips og fleksibel hjælp.

Rome fun times

This hotel is in an excellent location, less than 5 mins walk from colosseum and about 20mins from squares with lovely eating places. The rooms are basic and depending on whether you stay in an unrefurbished or refurbished room depends on whether your room looks a bit shabby or not. Also beds are 2 singles pushed together rather a double. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Bra hotel i Rom

Stort rum, väldigt hårda sängar. Såg inte en enda människa utom vid frukosten som var jättebra, fantastisk takterrass med utsikt över torg och gator. Jättebra läge precis vid tunnelbanan och collosseum, forum romanum. Gatan utanför stängdes av nattetid så det var helt tyst på natten. Ingen egen reception utan den var på grannhotellet, kändes lite konstigt.Rent och snyggt.

Beliggenheten er veldig bra, utsikt mot Augustus forum og via Imperiali. Litt støy fra gata om kvelden,via Cavour, men lukk vinduet så går det.Vennlig betjening. Trangt enkeltrom, enkel frokost på fin takterrasse.

De ontvangst voor een gesloten hek zonder verlichting, slechts een papieren verwijzing is amateuristisch . De verhuur van een fiets met lege banden zonder helm is niet optimaal. Uiteraard excuses op zijn Italiaans maar gevolg????
