Poor directions and lack of communication and sofa
A photo was sent on where to pick up the key from a lock box. The description was very very poor. I was complelty jet lagged and took forever to find the key on the bottom floor of the building. I had the cab driver drive us down..kept looking for it and finally we found it. The person at the front desk told us to go around and through the garage. That was an error on the part of the person in the lobby. We couldnt find then, the elevator to go back up from thebottom floor and I kept calling global stay at around midnight and they wouldn't answer the phone. The explanation needed to be a lot clearer . We were four in the apartment and the sofa bed was absolutley horrendous. Hard to sleep on..like a board. It was also filthy. It was a sofa that opened into a "bed", but ut was broken. They said they would fix it..but I didn't want anyone coming in our apartment while we were gone. What compounded it all, as that we were majorly jet lagged and also, that GHlobal stay was hard to get a hold of when I needed them most. I was in touch with them as to the time I would get in, but i feel that they chose not to answer the phone at 12:00am. It was apin to stay there because of that. and the sofa bed..forget about it..even if it had been cleaned it was like a board.
