I left the hotel room after an hour. The amount of bugs on the walls and in/under the bed was shocking. If Hotels.com does not refund my money I will contest credit card charge. They should be ashamed allowing this place to advertise on this site. WOW!!

Cayuga Inn at the Finger Lakes not how it appears

Very expensive for the poor condition of hotel. Rust and mold in room and bathroom. Lock broken on door. Comfortable bed, roomy. Didn’t have breakfast— two chairs in lobby and meager offering of food. Gentleman at front desk very responsive to have repair man fix TV twice; shower faucet not labeled, trouble getting hot water.

It was absolutely gross. Dirty dirty dirty. 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Window wide open when we got to the room. Not even a blanket in the room. When went down and got towels and blankets they had holes in them. Top sheet for bottom and top. Nothing to get ice in. Not even a glass to rinse mouth after brushing our teeth. Pretty sure that the homeless are staying there. Looked like blood and urine on the wall. We asked for our money back and was told because we booked through here and not directly the hotel they would not give me the money back. Hopefully I didn’t catch anything from there. Didn’t expect a palace but The room was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!! PROMOTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH THIS SITE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! IWANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEN SOME!!!!

The property was an older Days Inn, was clean and staff was friendly. I did have a problem with the shower dripping and brought that to their attention, which they will rectify after my stay (plumbing problem). Breakfast was non existent. The location was great for what we were doing.

Unacceptable Will Never, Ever Go Back.

We had to leave this hotel, and the owner wouldn't give us a refund, but that's okay. Seems like he needs it more than me. He needs to fix that hotel. Inn needs to be torn down, it's not livable.Hotel is very dirty filthy. Smell like cat-and-dog pee, doesn't look like pictures which is online. This seems to be a place for people who need assistance DSS or the homeless, or someone who was just released from prison. I would never, ever recommend anyone to stay at this Inn.

Par ma faute j’ai pas eu le temps de regarder le rating due au fait qu’il Ă©tait tard et cell sur le bord de mourir. Personne au comptoir Ă©tait pratiquement incomprĂ©hensible en anglais mon second langage. J’avais dĂ©jĂ  payer la chambre sur expĂ©dia mais il m’a chargĂ© 62$ us de plus que je me suis plein et fut remboursĂ©. Les photos sur expĂ©dia sont fausse. Tapis extrĂȘmement sale plein de tache chien Ă  uriner dans l’entrĂ©e fenĂȘtres salles odeur dĂ©plaisante. Beaucoup de rĂ©sidents questionnable. Toutes les portes extĂ©rieur recouverte de planche de pliwood. Manquait une serviette toilette qui flush mal une brĂ»lure de cigarette sur la couverture si on peut appeler ça une couverture avec mouche dans lit. J’ai contactĂ© expĂ©dia pour me faire rembourser ça reste Ă  voir. J’ai quittĂ© l’endroit et le propriĂ©taire m’a dit d’aller au Hampton inn payer 200$ mais j’ai trouvĂ© une place pour mĂȘme prix Ă  800 mĂštres de l’endroit qui fut mille fois mieux. SĂ©rieusement expĂ©dia ne devrait mĂȘme pas l’afficher sur sont site. Ça fait 10 hĂŽtel de suite que je book via expĂ©dia et c’est le seul qui m’a vraiment dĂ©plu et je ne suis pas une princesse. En plus d’ĂȘtre partie j’ai perdu une bonne heure avec expĂ©dia expliquer la situation Internet ne fonctionnait mĂȘme pas ça disait connecter mais aucun accĂšs au rĂ©seau. Bref sauvez vous le trouble et rĂ©server ailleurs et j’espĂšre expĂ©dia l’enlĂšve de sont site.

My stay was horrible. I was called by property owner several times while at work until 11pm... showed up and he was polite. Smoke smells in the lobby, then a key and to my room... strong Marijuana smell in the hall and there was my roo.... yikes, dark, dirty, broken window, rusty fixtures... spiders inside. I couldn't stay 2 nights. I just slept and left and will not be back. Highly recommend against the hotel.

I would like to start by saying this was a DaysInn prior to the name change. They have the previous sign lying on the ground in the parking lot. When we first arrived, we were very disappointed to find that the room was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. (See photos). We spoke to the guy at the front desk and he said we would have to wait until house keeping comes the next day (he told us they come from 9am-6pm). Next day comes, my friend and i leave to do what we had planned for the day, and when we get back to the motel, the room still wasn't cleaned. Our stay was suppose to be from Wednesday-Sunday, but after a 3 days of asking if and when house keeping was coming, we got fed up. Spoke to another guy and asked for a refund. Thankfully he was more helpful than the first guy. There was no “do not disturb sign”, they advertised Netflix/Hulu on the app, but they only had cable and very minimal channels at that - no tv guide for the channels so you just had to go through all of them to find something you wanted to watch. There was no phone in room, if you needed something, you had to go to the lobby and ask. Not to mention, on the last day as we were leaving, we found a COCKROACH crawling in the hallway. Pls do better.

Carpet dirty and covered in burn marks, dirty floor and walls. Hallway and lobby smell like smoke. A number of what seemed to be long term guests as well. All in all of I had any other reasonable option I would have left.
