It was okay. Needs to be updated IMO but worked for us. Bed not super comfortable and shower was stained. Carpet had spots on it looking dirty. No bedbugs. Functional, just not the best. Not sure it’s worth the price we paid but options were limited in this area.

Dirtiest hotels.com stay we have ever experienced. Mold on the bathroom floor, dirty towels, thick dust on all the furniture. Will never stay there again.

This was the perfect place to stay in our way to Crater Lake! It offered a variety of options considering its location in the woods. A must check over there is their laundry room with a sizeable collection of VHS tapes and DVDs which made for a relaxing evening stay.

Beautiful inn with very friendly and helpful staff. The room is definitely older but things are very well maintined and working. The reason I reduced a star is because there was hair in bed and cushions smell a bit old.

The area was really beautiful & large area for picnic or gathering. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area. Bed was very comfy. Internet is a little slow but for $5.00 more you can upgrade to faster. We didn’t need it so it was fine. Rooms were a little outdated but charming too. Good price for the area it is at.

Good Staff check-in 24 hr. Near gas station store, restaurant. Plenty of parking. NOT TO GOOD> Since old hotel, it not that clean as it should be. Refrigerator, old style and door don't shut can not keep food / drink cold. Water leaking in the bathroom. No air conditioning and it hot in the summer. (have one fan) WiFi terrible.

I would come stay so much more if it wasn’t so expensive but had an amazing stay as always so close to great food in an amazing environment beautiful nature, and the rooms are always the best to be in when around the Oak Ridge area

This was the most peaceful and relaxing stay I have had in any room, The Staff was amazing very welcoming and went above and beyond, even brought us wood at no charge , I would love to stay here again .

If you're traveling Highway 58, the Willamette Pass Inn & Chalets in Crescent is a fantastic place to stay. Surrounded by towering pines and some of the best riding roads Oregon has to offer, it's the perfect home base for exploring the Cascades. The rooms are comfortable, the property is well-kept, and the mountain setting makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of Oregon. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. It's an easy walk over to Manley's for a great meal and a cold drink after a day on the road, and having a coffee stand right in the parking lot is a nice bonus for getting your morning started before heading out for another ride. Whether you're passing through for a night or using it as a basecamp for a few days of adventure, the Willamette Pass Inn is a welcoming stop in a beautiful part of the state. I'll happily stay here again.
