There were five of us, and since my children are over 12, you treat them—and charge them—as adults; therefore, you should provide the comfort appropriate for five adults, such as more space and enough individual beds. After all, the payment made was for five adults.
The A/C unit was small and poorly positioned; it blew directly onto the bottom bunk bed, which not only chilled the adult sleeping there but also obstructed the airflow to the other adults in the room.
The window faces the street directly and fails to block out the excessive noise of New York City at night (e.g., police sirens, trucks loading and unloading, heavy machinery operating in the early hours, etc.). You really ought to install double-paned windows with insulation against solar heat and noise.
That said, the location is central, attractive, and safe, making it easy to get around Times Square and use the subway. It is a wonderful location. We would certainly recommend this place and would stay with you again. It’s truly wonderful.
Thank you.
