Expect less space than in military barracks. Building under refurbish so no outside looks. Big difference with the standard rooms, which are in another building with a bar and lobby. Here there is no lobby, just a very small area for checkin. The capsules are connected via steep stairs that don’t allow you to open a small suitcase properly. At least it’s decently clean

I’ve paid a lot more money to get a lot less.

it’s still brand-new, so when you walk into the reception, it’s a little bit like a building site, but once you get up to the fifth floor which is Ladies only it is immaculate. It’s a little bit of a maze up there but I was really impressed by how clean the bathrooms were and how big. The capsules are stacked in a terrace formation which allows for a lot more privacy so your entranceway is really only ever looking at one other one. The bed was super comfy the pillow was comfy, everything was nice and clean inside the capsule and I really loved the mirror at the end that made it feel much more spacious. The sound dampening was excellent. I honestly don’t remember having a better or quieter night sleep in any hotel in London. The staff all really nice and friendly and welcoming too. There’s lots of storage space for luggage on the side of the capsules but if you have a small bag, you can just take it inside with you which is what I did. A small padlock so you can lock your capsule while you’re out during the day.

Fantastic location in walking distance of Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Regent Street and Oxford Street as well as the West End and Picadilly circus. The accommodation provided a perfect, affordable accommodation for my solo trip to London. The capsule was comfortable, warm with adjustable lighting, fan, WiFi and charging ports. My trepidation about shared bathroom facilities was soon dispersed on finding the facilities to be spotless and adequate, always available no matter what time of day. I felt safe and had the best, undisturbed two nights sleep. Thank you Zedwell

Inner lock of cocoon 4423was broken so have to kept the door unlocked whole night… constant alarm beep noise couldn’t let me sleep whole night..Maintenance guy said he can’t do anything to help.

The room (pod) was clean and fresh, and surprisingly quiet, the one downside was the temp even with the air con on, it was hot. The showers, and toilets see clean and staff were efficient. But where else in London can you get room in central London for £30

On the evening of arrival reception staff were dismissive and impolite. We had asked to be put in a mixed dorm as there were three of us and we wanted to be together. We would have been understanding if we were told that it was fully booked and there was no availability but our answer was just “I've put you in the women's dorm now”. The pods were clean and set up nicely but my outside lock did not work which meant my stuff was not secure when I went to the toilets. It looked like this was the case for quite a few of the pods because my friend had to call reception staff up to fix his. On the second night at 4am someone tried to open my pod from the outside. I messaged the reception and a lady did come up to assure me everything was alright and occasionally drunk women try to get into the wrong pods, she walked me to the toilets. When I made my way back to the block my capsule was in, there was a man waiting to go in and assumed to follow me in. I told him I wouldn't let him in and had to use my nails to pull the door closed behind me. Again, I messaged the reception team, the app did not let me scroll so I could not see replies, they did not reply for 20 minutes asking for my capsule number, they knew it the first time. My reply was delayed by being unable to scroll. The next message I received from them was at 6:21am saying they were glad the problem was resolved. I didn't feel safe and I would not stay again or recommend it.
