Checking in was particularly difficult after hours finding the car park and Clix apartmentâs entrance. The bed sheets in one room had stains on them and the blue throw had white marks that was clearly not a clean blanket? When I phoned reception to ask them to be changed the reception says âthere will be a charge for room serviceâ ?? Obviously, this is a basic people expect clean sheets and additionally shower was dirty with soap scum on shower head. Iâm not a particularly fussy and have never written a negative review but feel the need to as this was all picked up by my 15yro children.
Nice room and very clean. Had a small issue with unmanned reception and needed to wait a bit but got sorted so was happy. people also need to remeber they dont do house keeping so make sure you read fine print.
The property did not send me any check in instruction 24 hours ahead, so I arrived at the location in the evening only found out that reception was closed. After 20+ min call and waiting, I finally got the keys, but the instructions came with it was not very clear, causing further issues. I also had to call twice to get tax invoice for the stay.
The rooms are clean and well equiped, and the little welcome snack boxes were very nice. However, the room was very noisy even after J switched off all the power source (aircon, fridge etc al). I ended up sleeping using my ear plugs every night.
