Location is alright, you need a transport out to get to the city, but there are some eateries nearby if you ask the receptionist. Hotel was clean and recep friendly and helpful. Rooms were new and clean. Water pressure not the best, but it is acceptable. Room was large and easy access to the road.

The hotel is in a local neighborhood and at first glance might appear questionable but don’t be fooled by that. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff like Lani and Tuan do an excellent job of providing all the help you need to navigate the city. Additionally the breakfast restaurant next door offers a hearty local fare and iced coffee to kickstart your day. Overall a very good experience.

Location was great with plenty of options walking distance from the hotel. All of the staff were extremely helpful throughout my 5 night stay. Huge shoutout to the front desk staff, housekeeping and every employee I interacted with. Everyone was so kind with helping me with anything I needed during my stay. Thanks again, I will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located in District 1. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke good English. While the breakfast selection could be improved, overall it was a pleasant experience and willingness gladly stay here again.

Older hotel not great value for money. Carpets in hallways old & stained. Room reasonably clean. Balcony small and dingy. Honest review staff was great.

Wasn't really worth the price. Staff was ok, room was shabby, no safety deposit box, tv was only accessing apps, no tv stations.

Nice location for access to local life and dining. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great business meeting rooms. Restaurant is separate to the hotel (business next door) and does not offer vegetarian options. I had a balcony room, but balcony was dirty and previously used by smokers, and view from balcony is not overly appealing. Cleanliness is average with quality of linen, curtains, pillows. Cleaning of rooms is done daily. Did need to ask repeatedly over a number of days for the linen to be changed. Enjoyed the stay and friendly staff, but not likely to stay there again. I prefer a little more polished hotel. I think the general rating on Expedia was higher than the hotel deserves. Really a 3 star hotel, and a guest rating of 7-8.

Stayed for 7 nights. Incredible friendly staff. 2 water bottles daily. Room is nice and clean. I had rrom 309 right by the children's school, so some noise during the night. You can also hear noises from guests in the hallway if they stop and chat. Traffic noise is minimal due to a small street .But other than that a perfect stay. Would consider coming back.
