Location is amazing… very peaceful and right next to the ghat, which connects to Triveni Ghat. Perfect for aarti or just sitting by the river at night.
But the room description is misleading, especially for the price you pay. They mention “lake view with balcony,” and honestly, I don’t understand what made them write lake view—there is no lake, it’s the Ganga river. Also, there is no private balcony in any room, just a common one outside the main lobby. So book accordingly and don’t expect a balcony room.
Basics like bucket/mug, Wi-Fi details, and drinking water were also not provided upfront.
Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but these things definitely need to be fixed.
