I loved the area. The staff were very helpful. Room was small but had a fridge. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. We were lucky to arrive before 3 pm otherwise I might have found it difgicult t o access. Access to shops resurants etc were excellent. I certainly would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but our room was very small for two people and we stayed 3 nights so would have preferred a slightly bigger room. We were on the first floor thankfully so all good with luggage. The shower was also very small and the bar holding it up was broken, but the staff quickly fixed it. The location was very good and there were good amenities such as kettle, fridge, microwave. Overall, a promising hotel with more potential to improve.

Mix reviews here, the hotel is conveniently located, two star hotel rather than 3 stars, rooms are comfy but tiny, lots of stairs so not good for people with not good mobility , coffee machine broken. On the other hand the perception person was super helpful and friendly so all forgiven

Okay but would not return.
No parking options at the hotel even though it was specified at the hotels.com page and we chose it for that reason so parking on the street for 2euros an hour was the only alternative and no English speaking people at the establishment made it next to impossible to get the needed help from the hotel. Besides that it was a place to sleep, very central, with an okay breakfast, but we would not choose it again.

Un hôtel pratique
Un hôtel pratique à proximité de la Gare de Lille et à taille humaine. Un petit déjeuner correct, une prestation standard, une personne à l'accueil souriante. Une chambre de taille correcte. Et un prix acceptable ! On regrettera : l'absence de climatisation, la cours intérieure qui donne sur la ventilation du restaurant asiatique en dessous (quelques odeurs de cuissons), l'isolation phonique un peu légère des chambres.
