I was there for a wedding. Rooms are very dated, towels old, lamps in the room were broken, hall going to the room the windows dirty. Room service opens at 7am, i would expect 6am for coffee, food is good. Staff is excellent. 8min away from downtown

The room we were given was old and outdated. Apparently we got the old se ruin of the hotel where rooms have not been updated. Lin of sucks, since we have stayed there plenty of times before, at much better rooms, since we got a great rate we got the worst rooms available

Key will not work so having to go back constantly to reprogram and staff and not very friendly I was traveling with 2 kids website said free rolling bed and I was charge an extra fee for the rolling bed Again I was traveling with kids and family and was given a room next to a group of men partying knocking on my room asking for cigarettes and loud music thru the day and night I asked politely to the staff to change rooms or to ask the party to stop going to my room or turn the music down but they laughed and refused to move my family to another room it was not safe and uncomfortable traveling with two girls and a wife when staff can’t control they’re guest

Buena y cómoda opción, aunque algo ruidosa.
Están teniendo una construcción en la parte de atrás del hotel por lo que desde temprano ya se escucha ruido. También los pasillos generan mucho eco y se escucha TODA LA CONVERSACIÓN de las personas que están en los pasillos o van camino a sus habitaciones. El piso al tener loseta (las juntas entre ellas) hacen que tanto los carritos de servicio como las ruedas de las maletas se escuchen demasiado y si interrumpen el descanso. Estaría bien que tuvieran camino de alfombra para evitar esos ruidos. En general la habitación es muy amplia, los baños están muy bien y la presión del agua sale perfecta y en excelente temperatura. Se agradecería una mejor calidad de almohadas y algunos colchones ya se sienten bastante aguados, pero en general por el costo fue una buena opción. El servicio de restaurante esta bien y el buffet cumple las expectativas a un costo razonable. El estacionamiento tiene bastante capacidad y aunque eran fechas difíciles y de temporada alta, siempre encontramos lugar para estacionarse. La alberca es amplia y si uno no esta en las habitaciones que dan a la misma no se escucha el ruido de los niños jugando.
