There’s a Reason it’s called Ibis “BUDGET”
Check In Staff were a bit quiet and not overly welcoming! Very pokey rooms. Dining area wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was minimal but good. Housekeeping Staff were nice and friendly. You only get 2 towels, no face washer or seperate soap in sink/ shower. Not worth $133 a night but conveniently located near airport. Noisy traffic all night. No lifts so carrying luggage downstairs and upstairs isn’t much fun

Bed bugs - do not stay
Room had bed bugs. Woke up in the morning itchy and saw bed bugs under the sheets. Killed one and it was fresh with blood from a good feed last night. Departed before reception was open but tried to report on the phone, but nobody answered the phone.

Ibis disguised as a backpackers
I associate the Ibis as a high quality accommodation this was more like a backpackers. But atleast you could book in after 8pm.

Basic airport accommodation
Very basic hotel used before an early morning flight as it’s close to the airport. Rooms are clean & comfortable enough but the building is in need of upgrades as it’s getting very tired. Front desk staff were lovely especially the morning crew after I ran into some problems with my flight being cancelled.

For 185 per night was expecting nicer rooms, no service, far from shops, no room service.
Ugly old rooms.

If you are getting in on a late flight ask the others in the taxi line if they are heading there as when I showed up about 4 taxis from the airport arrived at the same time. You could potentially save on a $30 taxi ride that was only about 5 minutes long.
Good breakfast options too.

I would definitely not stay here ever again. Rooms are no more then a 2 star. Felt like I was staying in a room in a public hospital. This no reflection on the cleaning staff as the beds were clean and room was clean but not comfy and have not been updated in years by the look of things. We had no power in our room all sockets didn't work. So couldn't charge phones or laptops. When checking out we had the rudest young man said to him nicely we had no power last night didn't want anything from him just wanted to let him know, he shrugged his shoulders took our room key, never said Sorry, good bye nothing just walked away from us. Do yourself a favour scroll past this hotel.

Very much a "budget" property. Great if you like noise at all hours, dragging your luggage up stairs because no steps, a shower with a floor as slippery as ice (I'm not joking) and no free coffee in your room. The good, it's close to Brisbane airport.

room was extremely small for two people had to move the beds and place on an angle to be able to move between the beds to get in or out of the bed. bed could have had extra pillow offered as most people use two pillows
property needs some serious renovation
