All staff was very polite and accomodating. The pool was very nice early in the morning. They offer towels for the pool. We asked for an extra hour to check out because we needed to fix our luggage and they allowed us 1 hour more. Great experience.

Experience was nice but some of the staff was rude when it came to eating the breakfast buffet. Trying to rush you out of the table and overcharged you if you didn’t pay attention.

It was OK. the price was right and included "breakfast" which was some makeshift chilaquiles. I only had to stay one night to get to the central bus station from the CUU airport. I probably wouldn't stay here again
