Fantastic hotel. Absolutely get a room with the sea view.
Location is great, short drive from Zakynthos town and easy to get everywhere (except the very north of the island).
The staff is incredibly kind, both at the reception and at the breakfast. Breakfast was good; as a tip to avoid food waste, the eggs could be prepared at the moment and upon order. A lot of bees, so be careful if you are allergic, but that's a "drawback" of being in a beautiful garden and surrounded by trees and nature.
The room is really comfortable. I would have appreciated more pillows, but that's a personal preference. There are a lot of extras, nespresso coffee machine, fridge. Really comfortable bed.
I would definitely go back.
