This was a spacious townhome that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids each had their own space and my husband and I really enjoyed lounging on the deck. The patio furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. Easy check-in and checkout process. I would stay again!
We booked this property because there was enough space for 5 ladies. The deck and views were nice. I reached out days in advance and they messaged me back on Expedia in a timely matter. Unfortunately, the place was dirty. It was very disappointing to see, especially since they had a lot of extra time to clean it. We werenât getting there till late. After a long day, I ended up having to clean and sweep the entire place just to feel somewhat comfortable. Your mind always wonders if the sheets and towels are even clean. I took pictures if the property manager wants to see. We didnât reach out to anyone because there wasnât anyone to reach out to. They said there was no front desk. We got in late and left early the next morning.
I liked the location, and the atmosphere was nice, but the unit could use better cleaning and updated furniture. The beds were the worst Iâve ever experienced. For one, they only have twin beds, what about couples that book these places? Most of us arenât Ricky and Lucy that wanna sleep in separate beds. How about at least one room have a Queen or something? The beds were very noisy, worn and very uncomfortable. I could go on about the lack of help we got from the property management, or that the outdoor trash stunk to high heaven, but bottom line is, the place just needs more attention, and maybe better staff.
Didnât get to stay after he told up arrival they had messaged and said they donât have a room. I had confirmation number, reminder emails and had called that morning about check-in procedures. It wasnât mentioned I didnât have a room until I was there in person. No - Iâm sorry or offer to help find another location or room.
