Insane elevators beware major issues
Elevators are a major concern with no floor buttons inside and automated floor selections. I was level 69 and initially in morning the elevator did not appear for over 7 minutes, then when I stepped inside, a terrified family said they had been trapped in it for 10 minutes already as it never gets to ground/foyer level. We then spent another 10+ minutes terrifyingly going randomly up and down between floors 74 - 34, most empty of people getting in when the doors opened. I rang the 'emergency' phone only for it to ring out after 4 minutes with an automated voice stating a line fault and communicate by another method, which is impossible inside a moving elevator. When we finally reached ground, rushed out and reported it, the reception staff were oblivious (even though we had been madly gesturing to the camera) and seemed unperturbed and generally nonplussed overall, despite our angst. I ended up being late for a very important meeting as a simple thing like a 3 minute elevator ride took essentially half an hour!!
