The stay was disappointing in many ways. Upon arrival, no one knew anything about my reservation/booking. At the bar, the bartender didn't know what a Prosecco was; a bar staff member refused to clean the table, claiming her shift hadn’t started yet, and told me to clean it myself. When I wanted to print a sheet of paper, no one in the business club was willing to help, nor was anyone at the reception. I had to go to the neighboring Mercure Hotel, where the concierge kindly did it for me. My room was not cleaned three times, even though I repeatedly pointed this out. And sometimes the cleaning happened only in the afternoon. The hairdryer was missing. Regular coffee as well sometimes. Additionally, at the bar, drinks cannot be charged to the room; they must be paid immediately, even for hotel guests.
The staff overall is unhelpful and seemingly poorly trained, certainly not service-oriented. The entire lobby is cluttered with unattractive, dark metal statues that are supposedly art but create a very unpleasant atmosphere. I regret all this deeply, as I had booked a total of 17 nights at this hotel.
