Well , I think the property had the idea of what an all inclusive resort should be , a beautiful beach , a nice pool , and the food everyday for breakfast , lunch and dinner had good flavor . The rooms were also just ok , the one thing that was just lacking was the service of the staff ..for every 5 people that worked in hotel 4 of the 5 people just really did not care to help . And the 1 who did help was helpful … sigh .
Example there is definitely a lack of towels for the pool and the hotel PERIOD !
First day at hotel went to the pool around 5pm and went to the hotel hut , the lady had no towels because they ran out & to be fare, it was 5pm and she said they were closed . I came the next day to pool at 3pm , went to the towel hut , , asked for towels and the gentleman who wasn’t mean , but when I asked for towels said they were out , when I asked ok , how can I get towels ? He literally just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know ? Which is just not acceptable .. I suggested should I go to the front desk and he again shrugged shoulders and said you can try and juts stared at me which became awkward because he was just not going to do anything to help .
Regarding towels in my room, checked, family of 4 , there were no towels at all , so I called from desk, 30 mins later we got 1 towel and 2 face rags. Why Because there were no towels, sigh which I just don’t understand at a hotel. So overall ok hotel, but service was subpar which is why I give 3 stars & more towels
