Waiting to be picked up from the parking site (there is no other way) took at one time 10 minutes, another time it took 30 minutes. The room was supposed to have a working jacuzzi with hot a water. The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed.
Room not cleaned after a guest who was there before
Rusty shower head, poor maintenance
Disparaging attitude, and unwillingness to address problems
No kitchen equipment at all, no way to make coffee, or eat in the room.
This is not a VIP room
The shape of some of the facilities was not so good. the water in the pool were not clean and the sauna's roof was damaged.
The room toilet floor was dirty as well.
Service was good and the breckfast was good concidering it was outsourced and served in boxes in the room.
