We tried many hotels all around the world,but Melia was the best !

Schöne Anlage mit kleinen Schwächen im organisatorischen Bereich (Housekeeping unzuverlässig, Mitarbeiter teilweise überfordert in Restaurants u an Rezeption).

It wasn’t the worst, but I won’t be staying there again. Appliances were rusty, phone was plugged in to itself, busboy didn’t help at all with reservations, some of them had an attitude, laying by the beach was supposed to be relaxing, but turned out to be spent telling “no” to people selling stuff. Not what I expected, tbh.

The service was outstanding however they gave me the wrong room that we reserved in our reservation and the toilet was broken with noone to fix it also our beds were setup to be clean daily and they never came to clean the room.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I stayed at the adult part of the resort. To start with a positive: the beach is gorgeous. Even though it's a little bit too commercial like Cancun or Miami where all of the commercial resorts are next to each other. The concierges are very very friendly and try to attend all your needs even though they keep insisting on selling you a Melia vacation package (think $50K+) The restaurants are good. The pool isn't the cleanest. Bars are scarce for an ALL INCLUSIVE. Other hotels have a bar at the beach and a server taking orders on your beach chair. Its all about the details. My main complaint would be that you need to use their carts to go places, which I am ok with. But they create a general burnt fuel smell all over. And add up the smell of the boat engines at the beach (they are next to a yacht port). This kills the experience. Go elsewhere.

Hotel was great for a weekend getaway!! Our butler Juan was awesome! He made sure all our dinner reservations were done, he booked all our excursions and took us back and forth from our room to the restaurants. As for the spa, my wife said it was a very relaxing place. She had a one hour massage with Lele and said she had some very good hands. She came out of there very relaxed. Love that our room was walking distance to the ocean. We stood at the Level Suite.

The measures on restaurants with covid are really poor. Also takes long times for them to reply to any request , in the room, outside , ordering cars etc. the food was really disappointed
