False Advertisement !
I booked this hotel because it had stated that pets stay free. When I got there they were trying to charge me for my small pups. When I showed them the website they just said it was an error and they charge for pets. When I refused to pay extra for my pets, as it was not my fault they don’t keep up with their listings, the older gentleman told me my reservation was canceled and to go book somewhere else. It took them three days to authorize Hotels.com to refund me my stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was not accommodating. They have NOW updated their information to reflect pets stay at an extra cost.

Ich habe das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen gemietet, nicht, um mich dort aufzuhalten. Dafür entsprach es absolut meinen Bedürfnissen. Wer das große Hotelfeeling sucht, ist hier falsch. Aber dafür war das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis okay. Wenn man Zeit hat, etwas zu suchen, sollte man sich woanders ein schönes Frühstück suchen, das war sehr einfach für 6 € zusätzlich.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wäre mal Zeit die Einrichtung und die Bäder zu renovieren. Ansonsten ist das Hotel von der Ausstattung her und der Lage sehr gut. Auch ruhig genug um zu lesen und zu schlafen. Das Wlan könnte besser sein.

Wir wollten für ein paar Tage eine günstige Unterkunft, das hat geklappt, aber die Nähe zum Bahnhof hatten wir so nicht auf dem Schirm bei offenem Fenster schon problematisch.Das Hotel war sauber aber ziemlich abgewohnt, uns hat dies nicht gestört. Die Freundlichkeit des Services ist ausbaufähig.
